CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will be subject to a 20% fee of the total amount of services booked. As a courtesy, each client receives one free cancellation that can be used at any time—no questions asked. You may choose when to use this courtesy.
